This is so easy. Who enjoys cleaning the house and doing chores? No one, but we all appreciate when we don’t have to do them! Having a messy house isn’t fun either, so why not quickly do one {..or more} chore for your spouse today? This is sure to put a huge smile on your sweetheart’s face and of course make the evening together MUCH more enjoyable. Don’t forget to leave a sweet note nearby letting them know how much you love and appreciate them.
My husband hates to do the laundry. This includes washing AND folding clothes, so I decided to do it all last week. It was such a great feeling to see his face light up when he didn’t have to do any of it, and because it was done, we were able to enjoy an extra evening together. That was huge. (Of course, the laundry took more than a few hours of time but I divided it up over the course of a few days.) Jess created a wonderful date idea about relaxing which is something we could all do if we didn’t have to focus on chores.
